Originally from Minnesota, Teri comes from a "skating family" where her parents have both been judges and her two sisters were also gold medalists and senior competitive skaters at national levels.  Teri's sister, Tamie Campbell, is now a world judge.  Teri began skating at the age of 5, competing at age 6, and was a senior competitor by the age of 15!  After training under Carlo Fassi and John Nicks in her competitive career, she went on to earn a degree from the University of Denver in the area of Sports Science.  As a coach, she has team coached with both Carlo Fassi and Donald Laws in Denver, has been very active in the Professional Skaters Association, and has participated in many Olympic training camps.  In addition to choreographing multiple club shows, she was also a choreographer for Scott Hamilton's Olympic Tribute.  In 1991 Teri moved with her family to Aspen.  She is the busy mother of two children, Kaitlyn and Keegan.
