                              Level 1: 
Forward two foot glide - 3 times skater's height
Forward swizzles - 6-8 in a row
Backward wiggles - 6-8 in a row
Snowplow stop from moving well - one foot or two feet
Forward one foot glides - right and left - 3 times skater's height
Backward swizzles - 6-8 in a row
Backward two foot glide - 2 times skater's height
Forward 1/2 swizzle pumps on circle - 6-8 consecutive, both directions
Begin forward crossoveres
Must be moving well across the ice
                               Level 2: 
Forward stroking showing correct blade push
Moving  forward to backward two foot turn, both directions
Backward one foot glides, right and left - 3 times skater's height
Forward Slalom
Two  foot spin - 3 revolutions
Strong forward crossovers
Backward 1/2 swizzle pumps on a circle - both directions
Beginning backward crossovers - both directions
Must be moving backward across the ice
                            Level 3:
Forward outside edges - right & left
Forward inside edges - right & left
Forward crossovers - both directions, very proficient
Forward outside and inside 3-turns - right & left from a
      standstill
Spiral straight line
Backward stroking
Backward snowplow stop
Hockey stop
Bunny Hop
Beginning waltz jump from standing still
Solid two foot spin - showing correct arm positions,
       balance and speed
Two foot to one foot spin - two revolutions on one foot
Back crossovers - beginning to glide and connect
                           Level 4: 
Backward outside edges, right & left - on a circle
Backward inside edges, right & left - on a circle
Backward crossovers, both directions - with good speed
      and body control
Beginning back spin - 2 revolutions
Beginning scratch spin, "4" position - 3 revolutions
Forward inside pivots and back inside pivots - right & left
1/2 Flip
1/2 Lutz
Falling Leaf
Waltz jump from back crossovers - landing control
Waltz jump - hop - waltz jump
Toe loop
Toe loop following any half hump
Forward lunge
Forward inside Mohawks - from a standstill
Moving strongly across the ice forward and backward in
        every direction
